REFUND POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


EXCHANGES


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


REFUNDS


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES


* We know you will either love it or hate it, the minute you open it and because, of this our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

* For Non-Defective Items: We charge a 20% re-stocking fee and customer is responsible for return shipping and fees. All sales are final.

* To Be Eligible For A Return: your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

* Several Types Of Goods Are Exempt From Being Returned: Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, shoes, slippers, sandals, flip flops, heels, wedges and clothing garments, any and all personalized or customized items cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, items or objects to be used on your personal body.

* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

* Please, do not send your purchase back without approval. 

* There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

* Books with obvious signs of use.

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

 

REPLACEMENTS


* We offer free replacement of any item that arrives defective or damaged with regards to stock availability.

* Damaged, Defective, Broken: If, you've received something broken, damaged or defective - we will replace it, immediately free of charge.

* Please, send us your order# and pictures of your items.

* Warranty: If, you have an item that you purchased a warranty and it needs replaced please, send us an email with your order# specs and details.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

* Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

* If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 business days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)


* If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

* Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

* Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

* If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

 

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)


* Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

* All sales are final, no exceptions.

 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)


* We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If, you've purchased the wrong size, you will need to purchase another. If you need to contact us send us an email.

 

GIFTS (IF APPLICABLE)


* If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once, the returned item is received.

* If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

* You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

* Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

* If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges are not valid nor offered unless, damaged or defective. If, you've purchased an item of the wrong size, you will need to purchase another.

* Returns For Wrong Address: We do not provide refunds or returns due to an incorrect address. We ship to the address you provided at the time of your purchase.
