Covid-19 Shipping Delays:
- We are currently, experiencing some delays on our shipping times which, is unusual for us.
- For all of our loyal customers, we greatly appreciate your patience and hope you continue to stand with us through these trying times.
We have 8 facilities located in the U.S. and 1 facility located in China.
- If, you're receiving something from our China location, we ask for your extended patience as this is where our biggest delay currently, is at the moment.
Our shipments and orders are stuck in customs due to the lack of man power for safety reasons.
The current carriers are backlogged with major delays and very little updates, nationwide.
We have upgraded our expedited shipping and express shipping options on most of our collection but, there are many products we just cannot offer it for at this time and you will experience the delay with customs.
However, it is not currently updated site wide, yet. If, you have any questions on whether an item allows expedited shipping or express shipping please, reach out to us. We will respond in less than, 24 hours.
Our current carrier for expedited shipping and express shipping is DHL, only at this time.
Unfortunately, this does come with a price and it continues to rise each month.
